🌟 Discovering My Healthiest Self: Keto vs. Carnivore 🌟

Hey everyone! I wanted to share a part of my journey and thoughts on the Keto vs Carnivore that seems to be going around at tte moment. Hoping it might resonate or help someone out willst navigating their health and wellness path. 🌱✨

For a while, I was proper into Carnivore, given all the buzz and the promise of simplicity and health transformation. I thought I could drop those last KGs so I keep issuing myself these challenges of full carnivore, carnivore with coffee, carnivore with no dairy, adding RAW milk, trying RAW honey, adding this and minus that hoping to experience benefits that many raved about. But here's the thing - while it might be the holy grail for some, the Carnivore diet was far from it for me. My mindset suffered, and it just didn't align with my body's needs. I felt restricted, not just in my diet but in my overall outlook on life and wellness. I felt like there was nothing I could do outside of my own kitchen, I was invited to dinner parties and though my own mindset I was alone, even though all of my friends fully supported me with a massive chunk of steak. Christmas is my favorite time of year and carnivore at Christmas just sucks, no way I will say otherwise. When I look back to my paleo Christmas' I was a lot happier. 

That's when I decided to pivot back and give full Keto another chance. And let me tell you, it was a much better than before. 🎉 My style of Keto for health offers the flexibility and variety that my body and mind were craving. More than just a diet, Keto is my lifestyle and has genuinely made me healthier, happier, and more in tune with my body's needs.

I've come to realise that there's no "one size fits all" when it comes to dieting. While the Carnivore diet is being pushed heavily in some circles, it's crucial to remember that it's not the be-all and end-all. Many people, myself included, live amazingly on Keto even paleo !! It's all about finding what truly works for YOU and your unique body.

I'm not here to dismiss the Carnivore diet entirely - it has its place and benefits for certain people. But it's essential to have open discussions about the vast spectrum of dietary approaches and acknowledge that different bodies thrive on different things.

To those feeling disillusioned or constrained by the Carnivore diet, I encourage you to explore, experiment, and find your path, just like I did with Keto. Your ideal diet is the one that makes you feel vibrant, healthy, and whole - both physically and mentally. 🌟💪

I also found it VERY hard once I was on carnivore to go back to Keto and I found that anything I ate affected me worse than when I ditched carbs and sugars. I think sometimes people think carnivore is the magic way out but its not. 

Meat is important, but in the past I have been ignorant towards plants. They do have there uses and in the coming months I will show you exactly what they are...
